Craig
Hall, Chairman Craig Hall is a lifelong entrepreneur and investor in public and private equities who has been actively involved in the creation and development of a wide variety of businesses. He founded Hall Financial Group in 1968 at the age of 18 with $4,000 saved from small ventures begun at age 10. The Company's current diversified business interests include active ownership and operations in commercial real estate; software application development; structured finance lending for real estate and other areas; vineyards and wineries; and oil and gas. Craig Hall is the author of five books and the recipient of numerous honors including being named a member of the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans. He and his affiliated companies have experience in oil and natural gas exploration and development beginning in the 1970s in several areas around the country including Michigan, Louisana, Texas and Arkansas. |

Donald
Braun, Executive Vice President Mr. Braun serves as executive vice president for Hall Phoenix Energy and as president of Hall Financial Group overseeing management of the Company's core business activities. He is principally responsible for the implementation of investment strategies and finance, sale and purchase decisions relating to the Company's assets. He has extensive experience working with and structuring debt and equity financings with Wall Street and other capital market sources. Mr. Braun serves and has served on the boards of a number of diversified companies and nonprofit organizations including The Real Estate Council and the North Texas Enterprise Center for Medical Technology. Mr. Braun earned a BA in economics from Albion College and was a Certified Public Accountant. |
