History.
Founded in 1968, Hall Financial Group is owned by Craig Hall
and family. Diversified holdings include active operations in
commercial real estate ownership development; structured finance lending
for real estate and other areas; vineyards and wineries; and
oil and gas.
Hall Financial Group has been involved in the energy industry
for over 30 years. Previous interests in this sector include
control of publicly traded May Petroleum which was taken private
by Hall.
Hall Phoenix Energy affiliates have a history of navigating
complex financial situations and turnarounds and is actively
seeking additional oil and gas acquisitions where its strength
and expertise can add value.
